One of our aims is to ensure you quick and easy purchase and delivery of the desired equipment. We allways try to hold all products on stock to ensure good availability, especially before and during the soaring season. We also try to design the equipment universal and not to diversify it to lot of similar types. This helps us to satisfy our consumers reliably and quickly.

Since we try to hold our prices much lower than the other producers of gliding equipment, we sell most of all goods directly by ourself. We are not going to build a net of dealers for all gliding countries in close future, except the farest ones (USA, Japan etc.).

    1. Order

To order the goods, simply write us an email or call us your request by phone. We will reply you as soon as possible - usualy the same day the proper conditions as delivery date, total price including the shipping and handling and informations for payment. As you confirm your order and shipping and billing addresses, we will prepare the goods for shipping and wait for the payment. 

    2. Payment

Since there is not possible to send the goods as COD (cash on delivery) to lot of countries from Czech Republic and we had a few problems as the buyers didn´t pay for the ordered goods (and it came back after a long time and for quite lot of money), we prefer the payment by bank transfer. We send the goods immediately after the payment pops up to our account. We will inform You that the payment has delivered and we have send the parcel to you. We also recieve Paypal transfers.

    3. Shipping

Usually we send the goods as a Standard Priority Parcel by Czech Postal Service (Česká Pošta, a.s.). We have good experience with this service, although it is much cheaper than the well renowned logistic companies as DHL, DPD or PPL. The delivery to non-exotic countries takes normally around one week, to most of european countries 2-5 days (USA 5-10 days). Tracking service is available for the parcels, so we have the process under control and are able to inform you about the state of the shipping.
