We produce also quality canopy covers from two different materials. To ensure long life of the organic glass canopy, it is recommanded to protect it against dust, scratches and UV radiation. It is also important to protect the equipment mounted in the cockpit against excessive temperature, which is very easy to achieve at the sunshine with uncovered closed canopy. We offer two different types of covers: 1) The dust covers are made of thick smooth cloth (100% cotton) and fitted to the glider by the nose and four or five straps (twoseaters). Two straps are fitted by plastic hooks for the trailing edges, two or three more equipped with snaphooks are fitted around the base of the fuselage. The color is very attractive light blue. The cover can be washed in washing machine (40°C). We do not usually produce dust covers on request, there should always be any in our depot ready for you. 2) The allweather covers are made of special synthetic fabric (MAX). It is a laminate compound of non-wowen fabric and special layer of elastic plastics. The cover is fitted to the glider by the nose and four or five straps (twoseaters). Two straps are fitted by plastic hooks for the trailing edges, two or three more equipped with snaphooks are fitted around the base of the fuselage. The color is very light grey/silver. The cover can be washed in washing machine (40°C). The allweather covers are usually produced on request, except the common "SH" type. We make covers for many glider types:
